Role Overview
The Project Manager role centers on leading initiatives that elevate patient experience, optimize clinical and technician workflows, and enhance operational results. This position involves overseeing cross-departmental projects to increase service quality, streamline escalation processes, and improve patient interactions, in partnership with operational leadership to ensure measurable improvements in quality, service, and cost-efficiency, along with sustained adoption of changes.
Primary Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate multi-disciplinary projects aimed at enhancing patient satisfaction, service delivery, and operational productivity.
- Define the scope, establish success criteria, and set timelines focused on service quality, cost controls, and performance goals.
- Manage complete project lifecycles including detailed planning, implementation, and ongoing performance evaluation.
- Perform root cause analyses of patient escalations and transform insights into structured improvement initiatives.
- Create and execute corrective action plans with clearly defined measurable results.
- Facilitate alignment and coordinated execution among clinical, technician, and operational stakeholders.
- Develop and track key performance indicators pertaining to service quality and efficiency.
- Drive continuous advancements in patient engagement procedures.
- Assist in standardizing workflows, training methodologies, and escalation handling protocols.
- Communicate project results transparently, presenting key insights and strategic recommendations.
- Monitor the success and ongoing utilization of implemented improvements.
- Represent and uphold AnewHealth's core values throughout all interactions.
- Carry out additional duties as assigned.
Candidate Qualifications
- Minimum education requirement: High school diploma or GED.
- Preferred certifications: Certified Pharmacy Technician; college degree is advantageous.
- Minimum of five years' experience in areas such as patient engagement, healthcare service delivery, or call center operations.
- Demonstrated success managing projects aimed at enhancing service and process improvements.
- Proficient in root cause analysis, KPI development, and performance measurement systems.
Required Skills and Competencies
- Proven project management expertise with strong execution capabilities.
- Effective leadership of cross-functional initiatives without direct supervisory authority.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven KPI development and monitoring.
- Experience in continuous process improvement and root cause problem solving.
- Excellent communication skills with a strong emphasis on patient-centered approaches.
- Skill in creating operational processes and training programs.
Additional Role Details
This administrative role requires abilities such as hearing, seeing, sitting, standing, talking, and walking. Flexibility to work extended hours when necessary is expected. The standard schedule entails an average of 40 hours per week with potential availability outside typical business hours to support customer needs. Travel may occasionally be required for operational support, events, or client meetings. This position includes supervisory responsibilities and is fully remote.
