Team Overview
The Marketing department’s core mission is to provide marketing support encompassing digital and social media across Talent Management, Live, TV Production, and Distribution sectors. The team concentrates on campaign planning, content creation, data management, branding, merchandise, and licensing to enhance revenue and visibility for their talent and brands. The digital team's goal is to strategize and implement initiatives that raise awareness and audience engagement through creative and brand-consistent content.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate on content planning and assist with maintaining annual content calendars.
- Help manage daily publishing processes, including scheduling and posting on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and X.
- Engage with online communities by monitoring comments, responding to messages, and interacting appropriately with the audience.
- Contribute to capturing social content alongside talent and seek out behind-the-scenes opportunities during marketing shoots and location events.
- Assist in crafting copy tailored to various social platforms and audiences.
- Coordinate communication among agencies, talent, and internal marketing teams.
- Monitor creative projects from conception to completion ensuring deadlines are met.
- Identify cultural events, calendar opportunities, and social trends to guide future marketing efforts.
- Organize content and assets to ensure punctual posting across platforms.
- Track and analyze social media engagement and performance metrics for internal reporting purposes.
- Manage logistical aspects of content development including scheduling talent and coordinating with production staff.
- Stay informed about cultural moments, trending topics, and platform updates relevant to content creation.
- Participate bi-weekly in meetings with the UK-based digital team for ideation, campaign progress, and resource communication.
Candidate Profile
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Creative mindset interested in developing engaging, social-first content.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and ability to handle multiple deadlines.
- Effective communicator skilled at working with diverse teams and stakeholders, including those across different time zones.
- Passionate about comedy and knowledgeable about the entertainment industry, including television, live performances, and theatre.
- Interest in Broadway and theatre with awareness of current shows, talents, and trends.
- Basic skills in editing and design are advantageous but not mandatory; experience can be gained through internships, coursework, or personal projects.
Compensation and Benefits
Salary range: $50,000 to $60,000 per year.
