Role Overview and Responsibilities

• Oversee and supervise daily cafeteria operations, including food and beverage service management.
• Handle HungerBox product offerings and resolve related queries.
• Identify and address client requirements in coordination with the city and central support teams.
• Manage and resolve escalations at the site level alongside the operations team to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Engage in daily client interactions, report improvements to elevate user experience, and cultivate strong client relationships.
• Efficiently manage food vendors to ensure compliance with HungerBox policies and delivery of desired service quality.

Candidate Profile

Freshers with Bachelor’s in Hotel Management as well as candidates with up to three years of relevant experience are welcome to apply.
