Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and coordinate activities of staff involved in food preparation and portioning.

Forecast ingredient and supply needs for meal preparation.
Maintain food quality and service standards to meet control measures.
Handle customer complaints and concerns professionally.
Keep accurate records of stock inventories, maintenance, sales, and wastage.
Create and manage employee work schedules.

Supervision

Manage a team of approximately 5 to 10 employees.
