About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Sales Executive to lead recruitment, training, and sales activities within our insurance agency team. The role involves building a strong team of insurance agents, guiding them to meet sales objectives, and fostering continuous growth through coaching and mentoring.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and hire skilled individuals to join the agency as insurance agents.
- Conduct training and onboarding sessions, equipping new agents with essential product knowledge and effective sales strategies.
- Motivate and develop a high-performance agency team through coaching and mentoring.
- Create and execute strategic sales plans aimed at reaching sales targets and revenue goals.
- Monitor team performance, provide constructive feedback and support to exceed targets.
- Analyze market trends and competitors to discover new growth opportunities.
- Organize regular training programs to improve agents’ product understanding and selling skills.
- Offer continuous guidance to agents to address challenges and enhance their sales capabilities.
Eligibility

Compensation
The compensation range for this position is between 15,000 and 35,000 INR per month.
