Senior Project Manager

About the Role

Join Parsons Corporation in Tabuk, Saudi Arabia, as a Senior Project Manager overseeing large, intricate infrastructure and mega-development projects in the region. This role involves managing multidisciplinary engineering and construction efforts from start to finish, ensuring projects meet safety, schedule, and budget goals while serving as the main client contact.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and direct mega-infrastructure projects end-to-end aligning with company goals and client requirements.
• Engage with clients, government bodies, subcontractors, and joint-venture teams to cultivate effective partnerships.
• Manage project scopes, develop detailed execution plans, master schedules, and budgets; anticipate and mitigate risks and changes.
• Maintain rigorous health, safety, environmental, and quality assurance protocols throughout all project stages.
• Supervise and mentor diverse teams of project control, engineering, and construction professionals to maximize performance.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• At least 20 years of progressive experience in managing major civil infrastructure projects including roads, bridges, and urban developments.
• A bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related fields from an accredited university.

Preferred Experience & Skills

• Demonstrated project management success within the Middle East, particularly on large projects in Saudi Arabia.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication capabilities; English fluency is essential.
