Key Responsibilities

Lead the creation, execution, and refinement of IT operation strategies to deliver dependable, scalable, and secure technology infrastructures.
Oversee and fine-tune enterprise SaaS applications such as identity services, collaboration suites, productivity tools, and endpoint management solutions.
Champion initiatives aimed at enhancing IT infrastructure integrity, security protocols, system performance, and operational workflow efficiency.
Facilitate the deployment, governance, and end-user adoption of AI-driven workplace technologies while managing access controls, compliance, and usage oversight.
Assume full responsibility for managing macOS fleets, including device administration and endpoint security management.
Provide mentorship and technical support to junior IT engineers, fostering knowledge growth and operational excellence.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure IT capabilities align with dynamic business objectives and organizational changes.
Direct technical projects including audits, system upgrades, access audits, and promote automation opportunities and process improvements.
Serve as a senior technical advisor influencing tool choices, architectural strategies, and long-term IT planning.

Candidate Requirements

Demonstrated senior-level experience in IT operations, systems engineering, or workplace technology roles, with a history of elevating IT systems.
Expertise in managing SaaS platforms, identity and access management, endpoint administration, and IT security best practices.
Proven hands-on experience managing macOS devices and enterprise device management ecosystems.
Experience overseeing enterprise AI tools, including user provisioning, access governance, and monitoring tool usage.
Comprehensive understanding of IT infrastructure, automation, compliance standards, and IT operational protocols.
Strong problem-solving skills with independent and strategic technical thought processes.
Leadership experience guiding teams and driving technical initiatives successfully.
Excellent communication skills capable of conveying technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Ability to work effectively in remote, distributed, and asynchronous team settings is highly advantageous.
Fluency in English is mandatory.
