Role Overview

The Senior Instructor leads with excellence, delivering dynamic, music-infused Pilates classes while enhancing team performance and the overall studio atmosphere. This position exemplifies brand principles, mentors fellow instructors, and contributes to team growth and development.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct energetic, impactful classes that embody the signature style and standards of JETSET Pilates®.
• Demonstrate exemplary class execution, client interaction, professionalism, and studio engagement.
• Guide instructors through mentorship, evaluations, and regular constructive feedback sessions, with at least one Keep/Start every two months.
• Support new instructor onboarding, observation, and continuous education to maintain consistent teaching and program quality.
• Serve as a go-to resource for class planning, problem-solving, and enhancing instructor effectiveness.
• Build a collaborative team culture aligned with company values to uplift the studio experience.
• Collaborate with Studio Leads to ensure exceptional client experiences throughout all studio touchpoints.
• Assist studio operations by ensuring consistent documentation, managing substitutions, and adhering to established procedures.
• Act as a leadership liaison when necessary to support team cohesion and studio success.

Qualifications and Requirements

• At least one year of Level 3 teaching experience with JETSET Pilates® or equivalent Pilates background as evaluated by leadership.
• Commitment to teaching a minimum of six classes weekly at the home studio.
• Maintain substitution rate at or below 20% over the last 60 days.
• Availability to teach specialty classes and provide team support during off-peak hours.
• Strong alignment with the brand’s energy, community ethos, and standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and coaching competencies.
• Current CPR/AED certification or willingness to obtain it.
