Key Responsibilities

• Complete the JETSET Pilates training program and teach approximately eight classes weekly.
• Be present in the studio during at least 25 classes every week to support class operations.
• Manage all aspects of studio performance, growth initiatives, and people management.
• Collaborate with leadership to oversee daily studio operations and implement corporate strategies, policies, and procedures.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain an exceptional fitness experience aligned with JETSET Pilates standards.
• Generate and analyze performance reports covering sales, utilization, retention, expenses, and payroll.
• Plan and execute localized marketing campaigns to attract clients and surpass studio targets.
• Handle all client questions, concerns, and feedback promptly and positively.
• Build and maintain partnerships with local health, wellness, and fitness communities, influential figures, and potential corporate collaborators.
• Organize class and staff schedules and monitor inventory of supplies, retail stock, and beverages.
• Lead team meetings and coordinate social events to strengthen team cohesion.
• Recruit instructors and studio leads while supporting their career advancement.
• Drive studio metrics including class counts, utilization rates, new client visits, and membership growth.
