Position Overview

Shati Chemicals is seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join our finance team in Dubai. This is a full-time, onsite role ideal for an adept professional capable of executing comprehensive accounting duties and facilitating smooth financial operations in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day accounting activities, encompassing accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliation processes.
Accurately process payroll and oversee employee reimbursement procedures.
Handle cash flow monitoring and budget management to ensure financial stability.
Maintain professional communications with banks and financial institutions related to credit facilities.
Ensure adherence to compliance standards, internal financial controls, and accounting frameworks.
Assist management by delivering financial insights and optimizing accounting workflows.
Coordinate with external auditors during monthly and annual audit periods.

Preferred Experience and Background

Extensive experience managing comprehensive accounting functions in medium-sized enterprises.
Demonstrated expertise in supervising accounting staff or bookkeepers.

Qualifications and Eligibility

At least 6 years of accounting experience within the GCC region.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related discipline, preferably from a recognized University or College.
Certified Management Accountant (CMA) credential from the USA is highly desirable.
Filipina candidates are preferred.
Applicants aged 40 or below are preferred.
Exhibit strong job stability, with a minimum tenure of 2 years per previous position favored.

Additional Information

Monthly salary up to AED 10,000, negotiable based on candidate experience, along with standard benefits.
Immediate joining is preferable.
Candidates must furnish work experience certificates and references from 2 to 3 former employers.
The position includes a probation period lasting 6 months.
