  • Coordinate with off-property sales channels so sales activity stays aligned, complementary, and free from duplication.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with both existing and prospective customers to help secure future bookings through calls, entertainment, familiarization trips, trade shows, and similar activities.
  • Build community connections that help broaden the customer base and create more sales opportunities.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide accurate, complete, and effective handover information to Event Management.
  • Join sales calls with team members to win new business and close opportunities.
  • Handle the business-booked follow-through, including proposals, contracts, and customer correspondence.
  • Source new business to support both personal and location revenue targets.
  • Track market conditions, competitor strengths and weaknesses, and wider economic factors such as supply and demand to improve selling strategy.
