Key Responsibilities

Create a welcoming, personal, and inspiring atmosphere in the store daily.
Engage and individually advise customers with style awareness and enthusiasm.

Maintain brand standards in visual merchandising and customer experience.
Support sales goals actively and enhance store performance.

Qualifications

Retail experience, preferably in the premium or luxury sector.
Background in hospitality, hotel or gastronomy sectors is highly valued.
A genuine host mindset combined with passion for outstanding service.
Enjoyment in personal consultation, styling, and customer interaction.
An eye for style, people, and ambiance.
Strong team spirit, positive attitude, and customer service orientation.
Proficiency in both German and English languages.
