Role Overview

The company is hiring a Sales Associate for its retail team in the UAE. The position focuses on creating a premium showroom experience by using a consultative, customer-first sales style. What You’ll Do

  • Welcome customers in the showroom, understand their needs, and guide them toward suitable products and solutions.
  • Present the product range and help shoppers visualize how the offerings can enhance their spaces.
  • Maintain detailed customer records in CRM tools and manage leads, relationships, and follow-up activity.
  • Serve as a knowledgeable point of contact for products and customer solutions within the team.

  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure customers enjoy a smooth journey.

  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities based on each customer’s needs.
