Role Overview

RAK Ceramics is hiring a Sales Associate for its retail team in the UAE. The position focuses on creating a strong showroom experience through personalised, solution-oriented selling while supporting the company’s ambition to lead the industry. The role is key to improving both individual and store sales by strengthening customer relationships, presenting products effectively, and guiding customers smoothly through their buying journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome showroom visitors, understand their needs, and recommend suitable products and solutions.
  • Present products in a way that helps customers imagine how they can enhance their homes or spaces.
  • Maintain accurate customer records in CRM tools and manage leads, follow-ups, and relationship updates.
  • Serve as a knowledgeable resource for products and customer solutions within the team.
  • Collect, evaluate, and communicate customer feedback to help improve the overall service experience.
  • Work with the Quality team to address complaints and close customer issues promptly.
  • Influence both internal teams and external stakeholders to support a smooth customer experience.
  • Keep up to date with products, campaigns, and promotions so customer interactions remain informed and relevant.
  • Follow store rules, cash handling practices, and safety/security procedures consistently.
  • Encourage upselling and cross-selling based on customer requirements.
  • Track stock availability and make sure merchandise is displayed correctly on the sales floor.
  • Support visual merchandising efforts and assist colleagues when needed.
