Overview

Express Employment Professionals is recruiting a Resident Consultant for a property management company near Athens, TN. This full-time onsite role involves engaging with residents and prospects, managing leasing paperwork, and ensuring smooth property operations.

Key Responsibilities

Schedule appointments and respond to incoming phone calls effectively.
Accurately input data into property management software systems.
Maintain precise and comprehensive records related to resident accounts and files.
Deliver outstanding customer service to visitors, current residents, and potential tenants.
Prepare, process, and finalize leasing documents including applications, leases, renewal paperwork, and various official letters.
Address resident inquiries, coordinate maintenance requests, and manage daily operational requests.
Establish and nurture excellent relationships with prospects and residents.
Resolve resident concerns promptly and professionally.
Oversee work order progress and ensure move-in readiness for tenants.
Renew tenant agreements punctually on a monthly basis.
Verify that all residents possess up-to-date renter's insurance policies.

Qualifications

High School diploma or GED equivalent.
Proficiency with computers is required.
Prior leasing experience is advantageous.
Keen attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Customer service focused mindset.
Possession of a valid driver’s license.
Ability to remain seated for extended periods.

Shift Details

This is a full-time, temporary-to-hire position.
Working days are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
