About the Role

Mynexa Plot Bazaar Private Limited is seeking a Real Estate Telecaller based in Indore, Madhya Pradesh. The telecaller will play a vital role in connecting prospective clients with suitable property options, facilitating site visits, and assisting in booking decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Initiate outbound calls to potential customers using leads provided by the company.
Communicate detailed project information, pricing, promotional offers, and payment schemes effectively.
Assess customer needs to suggest appropriate property options.
Organize and schedule site visits in coordination with the sales team.
Follow up with prospects to drive site visits and convert leads into bookings.
Accurately document call logs, follow-ups, and client interactions within the CRM system.
Address customer queries promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
Meet and surpass daily, weekly, and monthly calling and site visit targets.
Collaborate with the sales team to deliver a seamless customer experience.

Essential Skills

Strong communication and persuasion skills.
Proficiency in negotiation and maintaining customer relationships.
Basic computer skills, including MS Excel, CRM platforms, and email handling.
A positive, goal-driven mindset with the capacity to work autonomously as well as collaboratively.

Qualifications and Experience

Minimum education of 12th standard pass or graduation.
Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, or real estate sales is advantageous but not mandatory.
