About the Role
Jay Jay Mills (India) Private Limited is seeking a Quality Controller in Tirupur, Tamil Nadu. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct inspections of garments in the manufacturing process to identify defects and analyze root causes.
- Collaborate closely with production and merchandising departments to enhance quality standards.
- Monitor stitch counts during sewing operations to ensure uniformity.
- Examine collar attachments and the overall symmetry of garments.
- Detect, document, and report garment defects accurately.
- Maintain comprehensive reports on quality inspections and recommend corrective measures.
- Ensure adherence to company quality benchmarks and buyer specifications.
Qualifications and Experience
- Any graduate degree; textile-related qualifications are advantageous but not mandatory.
- Experience level ranging from freshers to professionals with up to 3 years in relevant roles.
