Key Responsibilities

• Inspect garment patterns and assess samples through fitting sessions.
• Collaborate seamlessly with sample room staff, merchandising teams, and other cross-functional departments.
• Identify technical challenges during the sample development process and work towards effective solutions.
• Ensure all samples comply with buyer specifications and uphold quality benchmarks.

• Comprehensive understanding of garment construction, measurements, fitting techniques, and interpreting patterns accurately.
• Excellent communication abilities combined with strong coordination skills to work effectively with multiple teams.
