This opening is for a Proposals Development Associate at different levels. In this role, you will help build client proposals that support clinical trial programs and the development of new treatments and therapies.

What you will do

• Take ownership of preparing and shaping client proposals, including pricing inputs, project timelines, and statements of work.
• Work with teams across clinical operations, project management, and finance to collect the information needed and keep proposals accurate and complete.
• Research client needs, competitor activity, and market movements to guide proposal strategy.
• Coordinate the proposal workflow by monitoring progress, organizing review stages, and making sure internal steps and deadlines are followed.
• Keep proposal templates, records, databases, and supporting tools updated so the process remains efficient.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business administration, or a closely related subject.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in proposal development, clinical research, or a similar role in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or CRO sector.
• Strong organizational ability and a sharp eye for detail, with the capacity to handle several tasks and deadlines at once.
• Clear written and spoken communication skills, including the ability to explain complex information in a concise way.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience with proposal management tools or CRM systems is an added advantage.
