About the Role
Jay Jay Mills (India) Private Limited is seeking a skilled Pattern Technician to join their Sample Department located at Sipcot, Perundurai, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. This role involves working closely with various teams to ensure garment samples meet specific buyer requirements and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect garment patterns and assess samples through fitting sessions.
- Collaborate seamlessly with sample room staff, merchandising teams, and other cross-functional departments.
- Identify technical challenges during the sample development process and work towards effective solutions.
- Ensure all samples comply with buyer specifications and uphold quality benchmarks.
Candidate Profile
- Comprehensive understanding of garment construction, measurements, fitting techniques, and interpreting patterns accurately.
- Excellent communication abilities combined with strong coordination skills to work effectively with multiple teams.
