M&A Technology Service Delivery Lead

Overview

This role is for a Director-level expert specializing in technology separations and Technology Service Agreement (TSA) delivery management within expansive corporate settings. The position is based in London, Leeds, or Manchester and operates on a hybrid work model.

Key Responsibilities and Expertise

• Lead complex technology separations and manage divested entity setups or TSA delivery processes.
• Administer and enforce legal contracts, commercial schedules, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) related to TSAs.
• Showcase broad technology knowledge across infrastructure, cyber security, enterprise applications, and IT service management frameworks like ITIL.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Must have a proven record in leading intricate technology separations or TSA management within M&A contexts.
• Experience in contract enforcement and commercial governance is essential.
• Highly resilient and discreet with excellent stakeholder management skills, particularly in prolonged regulatory phases.
• Ability to work on-site in London, Leeds, or Manchester at least 2-3 days per week.

Preferred Backgrounds

• Experience in sectors such as Global Media, Entertainment, Broadcast, Telecoms, or regulated technology industries is beneficial.
• Knowledge of production business models, including content creation for streaming platforms like Netflix or Amazon, is advantageous.

Dealbreakers

• No prior experience in M&A, carve-outs, or TSA delivery management disqualifies the candidate.
• Candidates with solely hands-on technical expertise lacking commercial and legal governance exposure are not suitable.
• Inability to work in a hybrid model at the specified UK locations is not acceptable.

Additional Information

The employment offered is full-time on a fixed-term contract for three years, located primarily in the UK cities mentioned above.
