Education and Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology from an accredited university; a master's degree or higher is preferred.
  • At least four years of relevant clinical laboratory experience following certification as a Medical Technologist.
  • Possession of a valid Saudi Commission for Healthcare Specialties license for Medical Technologists.
  • Minimum two years of senior technologist experience within a clinical laboratory setting.
  • Hands-on expertise with Quality Management Systems (QMS).
  • Proficiency in English language communication.
  • Strong computer literacy skills.
