Lab Technician

This role plays a critical part by delivering laboratory assistance to support our value chain, ensuring quality standards are met through thorough checks and analysis of raw materials used in beer brewing.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare samples for laboratory analysis.
• Conduct in-process analyses during the production cycle.
• Operate and manage all laboratory instruments and equipment.
• Accurately record, assess, and timely report analytical results.
• Apply troubleshooting techniques and identify root causes to assist in resolving production issues.
• Maintain, clean, and calibrate laboratory devices as per scheduled protocols.
• Perform laboratory technical audits and packaging GMP inspections.
• Enhance workplace organization and safety by adhering to 5S standards.
• Conduct analysis on inter-laboratory ring test samples.
• Ensure prompt closure of non-conformance records.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma in Laboratory Science, Food Science, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Chemistry, or a related field.
• 6 to 12 months of on-the-job training.
• 1 to 2 years of experience within laboratory, brewing, or packaging operations.
• Background in the food industry or laboratory environments is preferred.
• Understanding of process control within brewing or similar process industries.
