About The Heritage

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Kitchen Porter to join our dedicated team. This full-time role requires flexibility to work shifts covering early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and bank holidays throughout the year.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the kitchen at all times.
- Efficiently perform basic cleaning chores.
- Collect kitchen supplies and manage washing tasks.
- Clean crockery, cutlery, and kitchen utensils thoroughly.
- Ensure food preparation areas are clean and prepared.
- Keep work surfaces, floors, and walls sanitized and spotless.
- Adhere strictly to all kitchen Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Participate in all scheduled training sessions.
- Perform additional assigned kitchen duties as necessary.
