About The Heritage
Set in the picturesque Laois countryside, The Heritage exudes refined elegance combined with exceptional hospitality. It features a luxurious hotel alongside a European Award-Winning Spa. Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet guests as they arrive at the restaurant
- Manage and maintain a waiting list during busy dining periods
- Handle restaurant bookings in person, by phone, and via email
- Prepare mise en place ahead of service
- Lead hosting duties during dinner service every evening
- Provide assistance with other restaurant roles as needed
