As a Business Analyst, you will be central to converting concepts into tangible digital solutions that significantly benefit users.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate within a cross-functional team to deliver effective solutions addressing stakeholder issues.
- Engage in project-centered work by supporting functional requirement gathering, business process and customer journey mapping, assisting programme delivery.
- Gain deep insights into the operations of customer-facing personnel to identify opportunities for support and enhancement.
- Bridge business needs with technical solutions by understanding both domains.
- Recommend solutions that emphasize scalability and reusability.
Required Skills and Experience
- Proven experience in facilitating workshops and managing stakeholder relationships.
- Skilled in identifying challenges and driving actionable, practical solutions.
- Hands-on experience in agile or collaborative delivery environments.
- Strong communication capabilities with an ability to adapt messaging for different audiences, translating between business and technical teams.
- Competent in creating clear, organized documentation including process and customer journey maps within financial services or digital settings.
