HR Manager

Role Overview

The HR Manager will oversee all human resource functions including recruitment, onboarding, record maintenance, and employee relations to support organizational goals effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage recruitment and selection processes along with employee onboarding procedures.
• Maintain accurate employee records and comprehensive HR documentation.
• Oversee attendance tracking, leave management, payroll processing, and salary administration.
• Ensure adherence to statutory regulations including Provident Fund (PF), Employees' State Insurance Corporation (ESIC), and company-specific policies.
• Address employee grievances, manage disciplinary actions, and foster healthy employee relations.
• Conduct performance evaluations through appraisals, set Key Result Areas (KRAs), monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and facilitate employee training programs.
• Manage exit formalities and ensure timely full-and-final settlements.
• Generate detailed HR reports and collaborate with the management team and branch leaders.
• Implement HR policies efficiently to ensure smooth operations.

Compensation

The monthly remuneration for this position ranges from INR 25,000 to INR 30,000.
