Primary Responsibilities

  • Receive work assignments, keys, and supplies from supervisors and accurately record key issuance in log books.
  • Perform thorough cleaning of rooms and bathrooms as assigned.
  • Ensure fire exits and stairways remain free from obstructions at all times.
  • Identify and report maintenance issues promptly for resolution.
  • Maintain cleanliness by collecting litter from corridors and pathways.

  • Make beds and clean wash sinks, bathtubs, toilets, tiles, mirrors, and floors; polish brass and metal fittings.
  • Restock bathroom and room supplies consistently.
  • Organize guest toiletry articles neatly on vanity areas and address carpet spot cleaning when necessary.
  • Keep guest corridors, service pantries, and related service areas clean and orderly continually.
  • Remove room service trays and trolleys from guest rooms and corridors efficiently.
  • Coordinate with valet services to collect guests' laundry, dry cleaning, or pressing needs.
