Position Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and inventive Global Marketing Manager to develop and implement marketing strategies supporting both owned and licensed brands through key retail partners and collaborations. This role involves creating seasonal marketing content, packaging, business development tools, managing retail marketing campaigns, and analyzing campaign results. The successful candidate must be detail-oriented, cooperative, and capable of balancing numerous responsibilities simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop marketing strategies tailored to support important retail partners across owned brands featuring digital and physical activations, special collections, and partnerships.
- Coordinate the creation and rollout of seasonal marketing collateral including brand shop enhancements, media advertisements, email campaigns, in-store visuals, and product page graphics.
- Generate seasonal recap reports and campaign analysis decks to monitor new launches, special initiatives, and advertising efforts.
- Act as the primary marketing liaison for internal sales teams handling all related requests and communicate progress updates to the Senior Director of Global Brand Marketing.
- Assist field teams with campaign updates and provide marketing materials and project-specific support.
- Handle the recap feedback process with domestic wholesale partners.
- Manage the production and scheduling of seasonal marketing assets.
- Aggregate purchase data across brands for both domestic and international wholesale partners.
- Oversee photography briefs and seasonal style selections to ensure alignment with retailer and partner expectations.
- Contribute to the packaging development process, including naming conventions, iconography, and maintenance of trim guidelines.
- Support recruiting and supervising the Marketing intern by defining duties, tracking assignments, and guiding final evaluations.
- Coordinate communications and formalities with academic institutions for internship management.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree mandatory.
- Between 3 and 5 years of experience in fashion, retail, event marketing, or media industries.
- Experience with trade marketing or familiarity with Macy’s considered advantageous.
- Exceptional organizational skills and great attention to fine details.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical thinker with strategic problem-solving skills and deadline orientation.
- Ability to efficiently multitask and perform under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Photoshop, and handling image/video files.
- Highly motivated individual with an entrepreneurial mindset and a positive, can-do attitude.
