Overview

This role requires supervision and coordination of food preparation and portioning staff to ensure efficient service and quality control at a physical location in Regina, Saskatchewan.

Languages

  • English proficiency is required.

Education and Experience

  • Completion of secondary (high) school is mandatory.
  • Between 1 and 2 years of prior relevant experience is needed.

Responsibilities

  • Develop schedules and methods to meet workload demands.
  • Oversee and coordinate activities of food preparation staff.
  • Provide training on job duties, sanitation, and safety standards.
  • Calculate the quantities of ingredients and supplies needed for meal preparations.
  • Monitor food quality and service standards to ensure compliance.
  • Handle customer complaints and concerns professionally.
  • Maintain detailed records regarding inventory, repairs, sales, and waste.

Certifications

  • Possession of a valid Food Safety Certificate is required.
