Role overview
This position is focused on delivering a memorable dining experience that goes beyond simply taking orders and serving meals. The role supports the overall guest journey by turning each service interaction into part of a high-quality hospitality experience.
What you will do
As a Guest Service Expert in food and beverage, you will take the lead in creating smooth and attentive service for guests. Your work may include setting tables, coordinating with the kitchen, serving guests, and keeping service and storage areas clean and organized. The goal is to make every transaction feel personal and seamless.
Work expectations
This role requires following company policies and service standards, maintaining a safe work environment, and presenting yourself professionally at all times through your uniform, appearance, and communication. You will be expected to remain active for long periods, including standing, sitting, walking, and moving across inclined or uneven surfaces that may sometimes be slippery.
The job also involves reviewing menus and confirming menu information, as well as handling a variety of physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing items weighing under 50 pounds without assistance. Additional duties may include reaching overhead, bending down, crouching, twisting, and kneeling as needed to support daily operations.
Education and experience
A secondary school diploma or an equivalent General Educational Development (GED) certificate is preferred. Relevant work experience of less than 1 year is expected, and no prior supervisory experience is required. No license or certification is needed for this role.
