Data Entry Specialist

Role Overview

Insight Global is seeking a detail-oriented and technically adept Supply Chain Analyst for a 6-month contract based in Calgary, Alberta. The position is onsite and involves a rotating schedule including four consecutive night shifts followed by four days off. The core responsibilities include supporting logistics through accurate data entry, consolidating weekly reports, monitoring delivery statuses, and managing Proofs of Delivery (PODs).

Key Responsibilities

• Enter and consolidate data to support weekly logistics reporting.
• Monitor and track delivery information and gather POD documentation.
• Serve as a communication link through phone interactions with various carriers.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of one year experience performing data entry and consolidation within the Supply Chain sector.
• Advanced computer literacy, especially with Microsoft Excel for maintaining and updating spreadsheets and compiling reports.
• Strong communication and customer service skills to liaise effectively with carriers.
• Familiarity with managing and understanding Proofs of Delivery.

Preferred Attributes

• Experience or background specifically in Transportation or Supply Chain fields is advantageous.
