About the Role
Join Rolls-Royce as a Customer Manager based in London, where you will engage directly with clients and internal teams to manage business relationships and drive operational success. The role focuses on managing Rolls-Royce & Partners Finance Limited's extensive engine leasing portfolio serving over 50 clients worldwide, with responsibility spanning pre-sales to delivery and contract renewals. You will interpret customer operational requirements into actionable digital and data-driven solutions, enhancing both customer satisfaction and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer engagements from initial sales through delivery and contract renewal stages.
- Convert operational needs of customers into clear digital and data specifications.
- Assist in developing the sales pipeline, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts.
- Evaluate customer data and usage to identify opportunities for upselling.
- Collaborate with product and delivery teams to guarantee successful customer experiences.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of aviation industry operations and records management.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, Aviation, or a related discipline.
- Experience in customer relationship management, business analysis, or solution-oriented sales.
- Skilled in translating operational requirements into structured solutions.
- Commercially astute with strong analytical abilities.
- Effective communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in aviation, leasing, or aerospace sectors.
- Knowledge of digital platforms and data product environments.
- Experience assisting in contract proposals and negotiations.
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting techniques.
- Adept at working cross-functionally between product, delivery, and sales teams.
