- Drive the conversion of community followers into webinar registrants and delegates for city editions by encouraging active participation.
- Develop and run member programs, recognition projects, including the Hall of Fame, to celebrate the community and encourage ongoing engagement.
- Represent WES with an authentic and on-brand voice, building strong relationships at scale within the community.
- Collect feedback and insights about members' interests and challenges to inform future content and programming, ensuring relevance.
- Strategically grow and retain the community by nurturing loyalty while expanding reach.
- Identify and develop advocates and ambassadors within the community to organically amplify WES's presence.
Requirements

- Excellent communication skills characterized by warmth and authenticity to build trust and a sense of belonging.
- Strong intuition for what drives engagement and effective community interaction.
- Self-driven, capable of autonomously managing community operations and developing original programs.
Preferred Skills
- Expertise in community management and digital engagement strategies.
- Experience with audience activation, moving followers to webinar viewers and event delegates.
- Ability to design and implement member programming and recognition initiatives.
- Aptitude for authentic and consistent brand communication within a community setting.
- Proficiency in gathering community insights and collaborating with content and programming teams.
- Visible dedication to diversity and inclusion in technological fields.
Why Join Us
