Role Overview
Join Cult.Fit as a Business Development Executive, where you'll play a pivotal role in expanding our client base and driving company growth. Your main tasks will include identifying fresh business prospects, fostering relationships, and shaping effective sales strategies that resonate with our services.
Primary Duties
- Seek new business avenues through networking, cold outreach, and participation in industry-specific events.
- Build and sustain connections with prospective and current customers to enhance business expansion.
- Examine market trends and emerging opportunities within the fitness and wellness sectors.
- Create and present persuasive demonstrations highlighting Cult.Fit’s products and offerings.
- Work collaboratively with marketing and product divisions to guarantee smooth service delivery and client contentment.
- Achieve and surpass assigned sales goals, contributing significantly to the business development team's prosperity.
- Monitor sales data meticulously and provide timely reports to management teams.
Qualifications and Skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal capabilities for effective relationship development and networking.
- Previous experience in sales or business development, ideally within fitness or wellness industries.
- Strong skills in negotiation and successfully closing deals.
- Capability to assess market dynamics and client requirements accurately.
- Competency in CRM platforms for comprehensive lead tracking and customer management.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office tools including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word for efficient reporting and presentation purposes.
- Self-driven, target-focused individual with ability to excel autonomously and collaboratively.
