Business Analyst - Payments

About the Role

TCS invites experienced Business Analysts specializing in Payments to join their team. The position is based in multiple Indian cities including Bengaluru, Thane, Chennai, Pune, and NCR regions.

Key Duties

• Collaborate directly with customers to capture and clarify business needs.
• Analyze and align customer requirements with features of the TCS BaNCS product suite.
• Manage the deployment and integration of TCS BaNCS solutions within client environments.
• Coordinate with the product development team to evaluate and validate functional enhancements and new features.
• Develop innovative thought leadership materials and unique solutions, such as applying AI technologies within Payments.
• Deliver presentations and showcase TCS BaNCS solutions to potential and existing customers.
• Conduct research on regulatory changes and market standards in the Payments industry to inform business requirement updates.
