About the Role

Jio invites applications for the position of Area Service Incharge based in Andhra Pradesh. This role demands a graduate with a diploma in engineering and hands-on experience ranging from 6 to 10 years in after-sales service management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead resource planning, recruitment, and operational deployment effectively.
• Manage the entire partner lifecycle ensuring smooth onboarding and quality service delivery.
• Guarantee sufficient manpower availability to meet operational demands.
• Continuously monitor team performance on a daily basis, implement motivational strategies, and provide comprehensive training.
• Conduct periodic visits to partners and market locations as necessary.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback while mentoring and guiding the workforce.
• Inspire partners to achieve their targets on time efficiently.
• Manage escalation cases promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Service, Network, and Finance departments for cohesive business functioning.
• Engage actively in various business-related activities as required.

• Prior experience in area or zone management specifically within the DTH Industry or Device Operations.
