This internship offers an opportunity to serve as a Voice Counsellor with a leading voice-first social app tailored for the Indian market. You will be instrumental in fostering authentic connections among users through engaging voice-based communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Interact regularly with both new and existing users via voice calls, in-app messaging, and other communication channels to develop and maintain strong user relationships.
- Assist new users and voice content creators in navigating the app and onboarding process to ensure a seamless and positive experience.
- Contribute actively to efforts aimed at user acquisition, onboarding, activation, retention, and engagement to strengthen the platform's community.
Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants must be able to work remotely from home.
- Availability to start the internship between August 2, 2026, and September 6, 2026, is required.
- Commitment to a six-month tenure is mandatory.
- Applicants should possess relevant skills and a genuine interest in client relationship management.
Compensation and Benefits
- The monthly stipend ranges from ₹15,000 to ₹20,000, comprising fixed pay between ₹5,000 and ₹10,000 and performance-based incentives totaling ₹10,000.
- Flexible working hours and a 5-day workweek provide a balanced schedule.
- Interns will receive a letter of recommendation upon successful completion.
