Role overview

Axldrone is hiring an experienced Zoho Administrator to take full responsibility for its Zoho environment. This is a hands-on role for someone who can configure, govern, and improve the system rather than simply perform a basic setup.

The ideal person will understand how business processes should flow, build useful automations, and ensure the platform stays organized, secure, and dependable.

What you will do

Take ownership of the Zoho stack and manage it as a reliable business system.
Build and refine configurations with a focus on clarity and maintainability.
Design automations that support workflows and reduce manual effort.
Work with teams to convert business needs into practical Zoho solutions.
Use problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues and improve system performance.
Maintain a clean, secure, and stable Zoho setup across the organization.

Requirements

At least 3 years of practical experience working as a Zoho Administrator.
Strong command of Zoho CRM.
Working knowledge of Deluge scripting.
Experience with Zoho Creator and Zoho Analytics.
Understanding of sales pipelines, business workflows, and process automation.
Experience using REST APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations.
Ability to diagnose issues and solve them efficiently.
Skill in converting business requirements into effective Zoho implementations.
