Role Overview
We are seeking a calm, motivated, and enthusiastic Yoga Instructor to join our expanding team. This role offers flexibility and involves guiding students of diverse ages in enhancing physical wellness, flexibility, strength, and mindfulness through yoga practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct individualized one-on-one or small group yoga sessions tailored to each student’s ability and objectives.
- Instruct and demonstrate yoga postures, breathing exercises, relaxation techniques, and mindfulness methods to promote both physical and mental health.
Candidate Requirements
- Comprehensive understanding of yoga techniques and practices.
- Capability to clearly and safely guide and demonstrate yoga poses.
- Strong enthusiasm for health, wellness, and personal growth.
- Prior teaching experience is not mandatory; possession of yoga certification or training is advantageous.
- Dependable internet connection to conduct online classes.
