Overview

GDay Building Maintenance, situated in Manly Vale, NSW, is seeking dedicated individuals to fill full-time positions as window and gutter cleaners. The work primarily covers commercial and residential locations across Sydney's northern beaches and surrounding suburbs.

Job Role and Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning of windows and gutters in both commercial and residential properties.
• Carry out ladder work safely and effectively as a regular part of the job.
• Operate using provided cleaning equipment and materials supplied by the company.
• Adhere to a work schedule from Monday to Friday, typically starting between 7:30 AM and ending between 3:00 PM and 4:00 PM.

Candidate Requirements

• Possession of a valid full driver’s license is mandatory.
• Must hold an eligible work visa such as a working holiday, student visa, permanent residency, or citizenship.
• Applicants should reside in the northern beaches or Mosman areas to facilitate work logistics.
• Ownership of a personal work vehicle equipped with a roof rack is required.
• Applicants holding an Australian Business Number (ABN) are welcome to apply.
• Applicants will undergo a paid training period lasting one to two weeks depending on their level of experience.
• A half-day unpaid trial is required before final hiring decisions.

• Job location is primarily onsite across various Sydney suburbs.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 3–4 PM.
