Position Overview
As a Welcome Desk Agent at W Hotels located in West Bay, Doha, Qatar, you will play a vital role in creating memorable and exceptional guest experiences. Beyond facilitating smooth check-ins and check-outs, you will proactively deliver various services that accompany guests throughout their entire stay. Empowered to independently manage your duties, you will address operational requirements, respond to guest requests, complete necessary reports, and share local insights, thus transforming routine transactions into enhanced experiences.
Work Environment & Expectations
Success in this role depends on maintaining a safe workplace, adhering to company protocols, protecting confidentiality and assets, upholding high-quality standards, and presenting a professional appearance and communication style. The position requires physical stamina involving prolonged periods of standing, sitting, or walking, and occasional handling of items weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance. Additional reasonable responsibilities may be assigned as needed to ensure excellent service for guests and business operations.
