Botach Inc., based in Las Vegas, NV, is seeking a seasoned Warehouse Manager to oversee and enhance daily warehouse operations serving diverse clients such as government agencies, law enforcement, first responders, B2B accounts, and e-commerce customers. This pivotal role demands hands-on leadership to ensure smooth, efficient order fulfillment and operational accuracy in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct all daily warehouse activities including picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory management.
- Manage fulfillment processes for B2B, government, and e-commerce orders.
- Lead and develop warehouse staff, ensuring accountability and performance.
- Ensure timely, accurate, and efficient order shipments.
- Collaborate closely with customer service, purchasing, operations, and leadership teams.
- Prioritize urgent and high-volume orders to meet operational demands.
- Monitor and enhance warehouse productivity, workflow, and accuracy.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
- Maintain well-organized inventory, workstations, and shipping zones.
- Support receiving, putaway, cycle counts, and inventory accuracy efforts.
- Address order issues, shipping challenges, inventory discrepancies, and fulfillment delays promptly.
- Enforce safety protocols and warehouse procedures rigorously.
- Provide regular updates to leadership regarding warehouse performance and priorities.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience managing warehouses, fulfillment centers, or logistics teams.
- Excellent leadership and clear communication abilities.
- Adept at operating within fast-moving, high-volume settings.
- Capable of juggling multiple priorities effectively on the warehouse floor.
- Strong knowledge of shipping, receiving, inventory, and order fulfillment processes.
- Experience working with B2B, government, and e-commerce order logistics.
- Hands-on problem-solving skills and a detail-focused approach to accuracy.
- Ability to hold team members accountable while maintaining productivity.
- Strong organizational skills coupled with practical common sense.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems, order tools, shipping software, scanners, and spreadsheets.
Preferred Experience
- Background in e-commerce fulfillment or B2B/wholesale order processing.
- Experience handling government or law enforcement agency orders.
- Working knowledge of high-SKU warehouse environments.
- Expertise in inventory control and cycle counting methods.
- Coordination with shipping carriers.
- Leadership in retail, tactical, public safety, or distribution settings.
