Warehouse Manager

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee the receiving, storage, and distribution functions within our facility located in Ras Al Khair, Eastern, Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise all receiving, warehousing, and distribution activities ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
• Develop and enforce operational policies and procedures to standardize processes.
• Ensure the correct and safe operation of all warehouse equipment.
• Maintain a safe work environment by enforcing safety protocols and procedures among staff.
• Provide leadership by motivating team members and managing disciplinary actions when necessary.
• Keep thorough documentation and accurate records related to all warehouse activities.
• Monitor and maintain knowledge about the condition and location of all fleet vehicles.
• Support delivery operations as required.
• Participate in materials handling processes including issuing, inspecting acceptance materials, and distributing parts within the facility.
• Manage cycle counting activities and prepare related reports.

Experience Requirements

A minimum of 9 years of proven experience in a similar warehouse management role is essential.
