Warehouse Logistics Manager

About the Role

This position is with a top FMCG company based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, focused on managing comprehensive warehouse operations, inventory control, distribution logistics, and oversight of third-party stores nationwide. The incumbent must ensure adherence to company policies, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements while enhancing warehouse utilization, supply chain efficiency, precise inventory management, and timely customer deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Supervise inventory management processes to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
• Oversee daily warehouse and logistics operations ensuring smooth workflow.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and uphold company quality standards.
• Manage and control operational expenditures effectively.
• Implement and sustain Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to optimize processes.
• Collaborate with Sales, Procurement, Production, and Finance departments for demand planning, order fulfillment, and stock reconciliation.
• Optimize space usage within the warehouse to maximize capacity.
• Lead, mentor, and supervise warehouse, logistics, and third-party store teams to maintain productivity and compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Candidate Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain functions within FMCG or the food sector.
• At least 5 years in managerial positions overseeing teams and operations.
• Possession of a degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration.
• Experience with multi-location distribution, third-party store management, and cold chain logistics is highly preferred.
• Must hold a transferable IQAMA.
• Hands-on experience using ORACLE or SAP ERP systems.

Additional Information

The offered salary is SAR 23,000 per month along with family benefits. The role requires Arabic language proficiency.
