Nevertiti Star Trading is a fast-moving trading and distribution company based in Dubai, and it is hiring an experienced Warehouse Incharge for its Sharjah location. The role focuses on keeping warehouse operations running smoothly, from the moment goods arrive until orders are picked, packed, and sent out. The right candidate will help maintain efficient stock flow, accurate inventory control, and a well-organized storage environment that supports dependable supply services across the UAE.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day flow of warehouse work, including receiving goods, storing them properly, distributing items, and keeping products maintained.
- Plan and optimize how warehouse space is used so storage capacity and movement efficiency stay high.
- Keep inventory data accurate through regular physical stock checks and comparison with the inventory system.
- Lead, guide, train, and encourage warehouse employees so work is completed safely and on time.
- Apply and monitor health and safety procedures to support a secure and compliant workplace.
- Liaise with transport and logistics teams so customer orders are dispatched correctly and on schedule.
- Compile and review reports covering warehouse activity, stock positions, and team performance.
- Investigate and resolve issues related to inventory mismatches, shipment concerns, or staff-related matters.
Requirements
- Prior experience in a Warehouse Incharge, Warehouse Supervisor, or comparable leadership position.
- Good understanding of warehouse processes and standard operating practices.
- Hands-on ability with inventory management software and related systems.
- Strong leadership, planning, and time-management abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and solid problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of warehouse health and safety rules and compliance requirements.
- Clear communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to manage a team.
- Comfort working in a busy, high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
