Role Overview
As a Waiter/Waitress, you will play a key role in providing prompt and professional food and beverage services that embody the Shangri-La Dubai standard of excellence. Your responsibilities encompass all service areas within the division, including the restaurant, room service, and banquet functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the daily operations of assigned dining venues such as the restaurant, private dining rooms, or banquet events.
- Deliver exemplary service to all guests, ensuring their satisfaction and comfort.
- Manage the designated service section effectively to maintain smooth and efficient operations.
- Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the guest experience.
- Create exceptional and memorable moments for guests through attentive and courteous service.
Candidate Profile
- Previous experience working in a luxury restaurant or a five-star international hotel environment.
- Strong dedication to delivering food service of the highest quality standards.
- Proficient communication skills in English.
- Available and willing to work varying shifts as required.
