Dpam Bakers is seeking a dedicated Waiter to join our team in Delhi-NCR. The role requires delivering excellent customer service through attentive dining room assistance and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers warmly and offer menus while addressing any inquiries about dishes and daily specials.
• Accurately take customer orders and communicate them promptly to the kitchen and bar staff.
• Deliver food and drinks efficiently and correctly to guests.
• Regularly check on tables to refill beverages and meet guest requests throughout the meal.
• Handle payment processing and bill settlement with precision.
• Prepare and tidy dining tables, maintaining an orderly and clean environment.
• Adhere to established food safety and sanitation protocols.
• Encourage sales by suggesting specials, starters, or desserts when suitable.
• Address and resolve customer complaints professionally, escalating issues as necessary.

Compensation and Other Details

The monthly salary ranges from 15,000 to 20,000 INR. This position is based in the Delhi-NCR region and requires on-site presence.
