Role Overview

We are seeking energetic, self-driven food and beverage team members to join a hospitality setting in Doha, Qatar. The role is centered on delivering attentive table service and creating a polished, memorable experience for every guest.

This position is located at Sedra Arjaan by Rotana in Doha, Qatar.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out all food and beverage service duties in line with the hotel’s service standards and procedures.
• Welcome guests, guide them to their seats, and provide service that is professional, discreet, and tailored to individual needs.
• Build strong menu knowledge for the assigned outlet so you can answer questions and recommend items confidently.
• Keep a close eye on the quality of food and beverages delivered to guests.
• Handle guest feedback, questions, and concerns courteously and effectively.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across the outlet and ensure service tools and equipment are properly cared for.
• Prepare the service area before service begins, support operations during service, and complete closing duties afterward.
• Minimize wastage, breakage, and spoilage throughout daily operations.
• Use suggestive selling techniques to enhance the guest experience and support revenue growth.

Education and Experience

Applicants should preferably hold a diploma or degree in hospitality, or have vocational training in food and beverage service. Prior experience as a waiter or waitress in a busy, high-volume restaurant is expected. Strong English communication skills are required, along with guest service ability and good interpersonal skills.
