Job Overview

Opal Grove Eats Private Limited is seeking a dedicated Waiter to join their team in Delhi-NCR. This role involves delivering an outstanding guest experience by welcoming customers warmly and providing efficient food and beverage service in a dynamic hospitality setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival.
• Accurately record food and drink orders and effectively communicate them to kitchen and bar staff.
• Serve meals and beverages promptly with attention to presentation quality.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and promptly respond to guest inquiries and requests.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of dining tables, service stations, and surrounding areas.
• Prepare and clear tables before and after guest service.
• Work collaboratively with kitchen and service colleagues to ensure smooth operations.
• Handle guest feedback and complaints tactfully and escalate to management as needed.
• Generate accurate bills and assist in processing payments smoothly.
• Adhere to all food safety regulations, hygiene protocols, and operational procedures.
• Support inventory management by ensuring adequate stock levels of cutlery, crockery, napkins, and related supplies.

Experience and Skills Required

• At least one year of experience in waiter, steward, or analogous roles within restaurants, hotels, cafés, or hospitality sectors.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and courtesy.
• Basic understanding of food and beverage service standards.
• Maintains high grooming and hygiene standards.
• Willingness to work under shift schedules including weekends and public holidays.
• Proactive team player attitude, with the ability to pay attention to detail and manage time effectively.
